John DeRienzo, a graduate Civil Engineer and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Certified Green Remodeler along with Carol Marie DeRienzo, a licensed Registered Nurse and a NAHB Certified Aged-in-Place Specialist, established the DeRienzo Resource Group, Inc in 1997 after recognizing a need within the medical industry for a management and construction company that could effectively and efficiently communicate with the medical industry. Through Carol's medical training and John's extensive construction and engineering expertise, Owners and their representatives now had a resource that not only provided management and construction services but also a partner who understood both their business models and their practices.

John and Carol founded the company on their core belief that strong relationships and effective communication are the building blocks to not only a high quality product but to long lasting and fruitful relationships between themselves and their clients. The company's motto "A Trusted Resource for all your Building Management and Remodeling Needs" grew from their conviction that there is no substitute for customer satisfaction. Thus since its inception DRG has stood and continues to stand behind John and Carol's personal commitment to provide a quality service while enhancing through personal contact and education their clients overall experience.

Today, with these core beliefs as its foundation and an influx of dedicated, young professionals who not only share John and Carol's vision but have further enhanced it, The DeRienzo Resource Group, Inc. has developed a strong presence in the community performing a variety of services ranging from cradle to grave property management, property maintenance, commercial medical build-outs and most importantly barrier free remodeling for those individuals facing mobility challenges.
